University of Nova Gorica has been hosting students from Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt with a purpose of getting them to familiarize with the project work in the Primorska region. Students were introduced with two INTERREG projects. The first was CITIUS (INTERREG Slovenia-Italy 2007-2013) and the second was RETINA (INTERREG Slovenia-Austria 2014-2020). Students were also taken to the company Pipistrel, where they were introduced with the MAHEPA project. Students of Alpen-Adria-Universität were fascinated by the work in the Pipistrel production plant, as well as with the other visits of labs and centers at the University center in Ajdovščina.
